This is just to say that after 19 days, I surrendered to NaPhoToMo. It's exam season over here and I just got way too busy to take the time to take quality daily photos, ones that I was really thinking about and taking for art's sake. However, my efforts were not wasted at all; I learned a lot in these past few weeks, not only about taking pictures but about post-processing as well. I think I can safely say I've improved, and I'm excited to have free time again to practice taking even more photos. That said, I'll be uploading a bunch of photos from my entire stay here in Singapore soon! I'm having a lot of fun experimenting in post, haha. Un

Things were going really badly for me art-wise up until recently, when I got the idea of compiling a small zine. I'm making it all by hand and just having it photocopied at my uni library; it'll be a small print run since I'll just be giving them away for free. It's been really fun to do so far; I'm doing a little experimenting with collage, which I've always been terrible at, but which I'm slowly starting to figure out, I think. Will have pictures up soon, if actual school stuff doesn't kill me dead first. Whenever I feel particularly drained, I look to some of my favorite artists for inspiration!
